You Need To Hear This Launch Party With Mount Kimbie

Last week we were invited to the Hoxton Docks for the “You Need To Hear This” official public launch party, which saw a secret performance, by Mount Kimbie replete with a brass band.

As well as a free bar featuring margarita gin and elderflower slush puppies (hic), a photo booth and surprise guests  attendees were also treated to  awesome audio and visual displays which could be listened to via YNTHT partner Philips headphones (cue joke- are they Philips headphones ? Erm no  mate they’re MINE!) And if after a few too many gin cocktails you felt a little bit ‘Noel Coward’ you could recline on Chesterfield sofas into which headphones could be plugged to hear the music and watch the visuals.

As well as the surprise set from Mount Kimbie, Is Tropical also performed live.
