If you’re fans of Dum-Dum Girls and we most certainly are, you may recognised Katie Brouillette-Serbian ( the artist formerly known as Bambi Dum Dum.) She’s set to release her début EP as Cheap Curls on Art Fag Recordings this spring. This track “Jackie-O” thunders along and is not a million miles away from the garagey sound of early Dum Dum Girls tracks, infused with the melody of Blondie, the fast pace of the Ramones and the pop hooks of Phil Spector. It’s fucking great – and therefore we demand an album!
