Suzuki Method – Premiere & Free Download ‘Ask For The Moon’

Today we have an exclusive première and free download of a brand spanking new remix from Manchester’s Suzuki Method entitled ‘Ask for the Moon’ which is from the bands forthcoming EP.

This come hot on the heels of their electro/indie dance anthem ‘Country Cousins’ which sounds not unlike The Associates meets 808 State via Daft Punk, and was inspired by the inner city riots of 2011 in their home-town. It also adroitly hammers home what massive strides the band have made since we first came across them in 2010. Undoubtedly the best thing we’ve heard from them so far, full of melody, replete with a swaggering anthemic ‘we dare-you-not-to-dance’ chorus, it’s the sound of a band taking things to a whole new level and really, BBC 6 Music should be all over it.

Debut single ‘Country Cousins’, is released 12th May and is the first offering from their new debut EP ‘NATIVE’, produced by David Tolan (Delphic, New Order, Primal Scream)
