Glasgow’s VLURE release their new single the self produced “Cut It” which is a pummeling blend of industrial electro glam punk( no I ‘m not sure what the means either, but it kinda fits.) The Glasgow five piece have been making a huge name for themselves on the underground scene after the release of their superb rampaging debut single “Shattered Faith.”
Their visecral live performances blurring the lines between sything jagged guitars, pounding electronica and an intelligent and empathetic post punk sensibility are becoming the stuff of legend.
“Cut It” once again demonstrates their power, their passion and their ability to craft dynamic meaningful music you can dance to. What does all that mean in real terms beyond the realms of flowery prententious wanky music journo jargonesque? Well simply put “VLURE are fucking brilliant” (that’s the review in four words, it should be on posters 🙂 )
